Died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Emanuel Swinehart, near Hagerman, Idaho on Oct. 5. He was born in this township 59 years ago. He attended the district schools of this vicinity, later becoming a teacher and pursued the study of law. He had been in poor health for a year prior to his demise, small pox which failed to break out finally causing death.890
