He was a farmer, and in the 1850’s, moved with his family to Keokuk, Iowa, where he died. His widow resided with her son at Keokuk. The family are members of the Episcopal Church.
8They lived in Nauvoo, Illinois for several years, selling some land in Nauvoo in 1847. In 1850 Edward was a farmer in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois. By 1880 he was an invalid due to rheumatism. At that time, he was residing in Keokuk, Lee, Iowa.
3227Edward sold land to the Episcopal church for St. Mark’s cemetery in 1842.
