Notes for Peter Condict
He was born in Morris County, N. J., and removed to Kentucky with his father. In 1827 he married Elizabeth Housely, daughter of Marmaduke Housely, one of the early settlers of Northern Kentucky. He occupied a farm in McLean County, Ky., where both he and his wife died, March, 1847. The upright character of the living children, who were early left orphans, furnishes evidence of a careful and religious training.8
Peter died owing a substantial sum of money and his estate disposition is documented in Ohio County, Kentucky Circuit Court Equity records, film 6 starting on page 1456 and a few earlier.4528
