According to Ophelia Morrow Phillips, Mrs. Wesley Cantrell told her in 1955 that Samuel and his wife were buried on his farm, which was then owned by the Wesley Cantrells. This farm was quite near present-data Pleasant Grove church; at that time it was called the Halls’ Mills community. Martha Moore thinks they are in unmarked graves at the Dunham Cemetery.1938
